Project Overview
The Opportunity
Upstate was launching a new real estate brand, moving away from a traditional franchise model. They needed a space that redefined the sales experience, shifting from transactional to immersive and experience-led.
How We Delivered
We delivered 1,800sqm of tech-enabled selling space, featuring immersive environments, digital displays, and a strong brand-led arrival experience. The design balanced high-tech functionality with warmth through natural materials and greenery.
The Impact
A high-performing sales environment that directly contributed to approximately 80% of developments being sold prior to construction. The space also positioned Upstate as a premium, forward-thinking brand and attracted top talent.
