NGS Super

A leading Australian superannuation fund, NGS Super partnered with Inscape to deliver a highly tailored workplace within their Sydney CBD location—focused on performance, flexibility, and long-term value.
Positioned within a premium commercial asset, this project was far more than a traditional fitout. It was a strategic adaptive reuse, where we worked in close partnership with both the landlord and NGS to unlock the full potential of the existing building fabric.
A Collaborative, Integrated Approach
From the outset, our approach centred on alignment—bringing together landlord objectives, base building constraints, and NGS’s operational needs into a single, cohesive delivery strategy.
By integrating early-stage intelligence, design, and technical coordination, we were able to:
- Maximise existing building infrastructure
- Reduce unnecessary demolition and rebuild
- Accelerate programme timelines through streamlined approvals
- Deliver a more sustainable, cost-efficient outcome
This collaborative model ensured the project was de-risked early, with clarity across scope, cost, and programme.
Adaptive Reuse, Elevated
Rather than starting from scratch, the design embraces the existing architecture—enhancing natural light, optimising spatial flow, and reimagining underutilised areas into purposeful, high-performing environments.
Designed for People, Built for Performance
The space has been carefully curated to support the evolving needs of NGS’s team:
- Flexible work zones that adapt to different working styles
- Collaborative hubs to encourage interaction and knowledge sharing
- Quiet focus areas for deep, uninterrupted work
- Breakout environments that promote wellbeing and informal connection
Materiality and finishes reflect a timeless, professional aesthetic—grounded, sophisticated, and aligned to NGS’s brand and values.
By aligning landlord works with tenant outcomes, and integrating design with delivery from day one, the NGS Sydney workplace stands as a clear example of what can be achieved through early collaboration and intelligent execution.
This is not just a fitout—it’s a considered transformation, delivering a future-ready workplace while maximising the value of what already exists.
