McGrath approached Inscape with the vision of expanding into the Western Sydney market and John McGrath saw the need of opening a new site in Blacktown.
Adapting to the local culture, McGrath wanted this office simple, however the use of elegant, warm and sophisticated materialisation to ensure the McGrath vision was felt amongst staff and clients.
In 1988, a small office in Paddington, Sydney, where John McGrath developed a real estate philosophy based on integrity and transparency, and a process to deliver outstanding results for clients.
McGrath has grown to be one of Australia’s most successful residential real estate groups. The McGrath network currently has 96 offices throughout the East Coast of Australia. It has an established market presence in NSW, QLD and the ACT, and has now expanded into Victoria
Following the design, Inscape’s construction management team had the what-seemed-impossible task to complete the fitout within a 5 week period.
Inscape dedicated a full time project and site manager to this project to ensure this deadline was met, this in fact was achieved with days to spare. McGrath Property Team applauded the achievement and are continuing to work with Inscape for offices around the country.
