The Opportunity
Oracle needed to reduce their footprint within the Nishi Building while maintaining global standards for security, acoustics and performance. The project involved multiple international stakeholders and strict sustainability constraints.
How We Delivered
We led an adaptive reuse approach, reconfiguring high-security areas and repositioning the entry to redefine the workplace identity. Sustainable materials and exposed elements aligned with the building’s ethos, while stakeholder coordination was managed across regions.
