Project Overview
Our recent design and construction project for the Intera Group’s Berry Street speculative suite aimed to create a contemporary workspace with an industrial vibe that complements the building’s architecture.
The challenge was to balance functionality with an urban feel, resulting in a design that flawlessly integrates form and function to create an industrial haven.
In addition to the speculative suite, we also upgraded the lift lobby and amenities of Intera Group’s 65 Berry Street to match the exquisite design of the building.
Our goal was to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages exploration while meeting the basic needs of existing and future tenants.
We included automatic soap dispensers and hand dryers in the amenities to address post-pandemic practices, and architectural signage was used to enhance the premium finish and texture of the design.
