Project Overview
Our firm was contracted by Central Steel to undertake the modification of an existing commercial warehouse into a purpose-built facility, to accommodate their expanding business operations.
The project involved extensive refurbishment work to transform the warehouse into a bespoke facility.
Despite the challenges posed by the constant traffic from both the client and the construction process, we successfully completed the project ahead of schedule and within budget.
Central Steel expressed their satisfaction with the outcome, noting the smooth coordination between the construction team and the client fit-out.
The entire construction process spanned approximately eight months.
